Terms and Conditions

✨ Welcome! We're so happy you're here. Our mission is to make your celebration easy, joyful, and absolutely unforgettable. We’ve kept our terms and conditions simple, clear, and sparkly — just like our celebrations! By booking a service or purchasing an item from Laura’s Little Party, you agree to the magical terms below — and help us bring the magic to you and your loved ones with heart, sparkle, and care. Thank you for allowing us to create magic for you and other guests! 


✨ Bookings & Payment

  • To lock in your date and begin planning your celebration, full payment is required at the time of booking.
  • Once booked, we start gathering your magical materials and creating your custom setup — so the sooner you book, the sooner the pixie dust flies!
  • Payments can be made via Credit card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
  • All prices are in USD and may change in the future, but your rate is always honored once booked.


✨ A Note About Non-Refundable Payments

A portion of your full payment ($50) is considered non-refundable. This helps cover the time, materials, and sparkle we start prepping the moment you reserve your celebration. We always do our best to be flexible when life happens!


✨ Cancellations & Rescheduling

We totally understand that plans can change, and we’ll always do our best to be kind and flexible where we can! Here’s how our cancellation magic works:

  • Cancel within 48 hours of booking (and at least 5 days before your event)? – You’ll receive a full refund
  • Cancel 5+ days before? – You’ll receive a partial refund (your total minus a $50 planning + prep fee)
  • Cancel within 4 days? – Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer a refund, as your celebration will already be in full swing behind the scenes


✨ Need to reschedule instead of canceling?
If something comes up and you'd like to reschedule your celebration, we’re happy to help — just let us know at least 4 days in advance, and we’ll do our best to find a new date that works for both of us! Rescheduled bookings must take place within 30 days of your original date and are subject to availability.

Thank you for understanding — we put so much love into each magical setup, and your flexibility helps us keep the pixie dust flowing for everyone! 


✨ Hotel Deliveries & Setups

  • We currently deliver exclusively to Disneyland Resort Hotels (Disneyland Hotel, Disney’s Grand Californian, and Pixar Place Hotel).
  • Setup includes up to 2 hours of hotel parking. Additional fees may apply if required by the hotel or if setup takes longer than expected.
  • We are not responsible for delays or denied access due to hotel policies or missing info.


✨ Balloons, Décor & Themed Details

  • All décor is styled to match your theme! Exact colors, styles, and details may vary slightly based on availability — but it’ll always be magical.
  • Balloons are sensitive to weather and sharp objects. Once your celebration is installed, balloon care becomes your responsibility.
  • For best results, keep everything indoors and away from heat, direct sunlight, and tiny balloon poppers (a.k.a. curious toddlers).


✨ Safety & Supervision

  • Some items may include small parts or treats not suitable for young children.
  • Adult supervision is always recommended.
  • Laura’s Little Party is not responsible for allergic reactions or safety issues related to balloons, toys, or surprise goodies.


✨ In Case of Emergency

If unexpected weather, illness, or emergencies pop up, please reach out as soon as possible. We’ll do everything we can to adjust and keep the magic going!


✨ Damage & Cleanup Policy 

At Laura’s Little Party, we’re here to create joy — not extra chores! Let’s keep the magic safe and stress-free for everyone, including our hardworking hotel cast members. 


To make things easier, we'll leave a large trash bag in your room so you can easily tidy up any popped balloons, ribbon scraps, or packaging. We kindly ask that you help leave the room clean and tidy — this not only prevents possible cleaning or damage fees from the hotel, but also makes things easier for the amazing cast members who help turn over the room after your stay. Thank you for being a kind guest and helping us keep the magic going for everyone!

  • Once your setup is complete, you are responsible for the decorations during your stay.
  • Please do not tape, tack, or hang anything to hotel walls, mirrors, or surfaces unless it’s part of our original setup — this helps protect the room and avoid any hotel fees.
  • Our decorations are yours to keep (yay!). We use suitcase-friendly stands and signs so you can take the magic home.
  • Please do not leave balloon pieces, confetti, or packaging scattered in the room after your stay.
  • If the hotel contacts us regarding excess mess, stains, or damage, the client may be held responsible for additional cleaning or damage fees charged by the hotel.

It is our mission to bring joyful, stress-free celebrations to your hotel stay — with a whole lot of heart and sparkle. By booking with us, you agree to these terms and help us continue creating magic for you and other guests. 


✨ Character Themes & Trademark Notice
At Laura’s Little Party, we sometimes use licensed character-themed products (like balloons, plush toys, and decorations) that are purchased from authorized retailers.

We do not claim ownership of any characters, logos, or trademarks — and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by The Walt Disney Company, Bluey, or any other brand.

All character-themed items are used to complement your personal celebration and are not sold or created by us. We simply add a little extra sparkle to your already-magical moments! 


✨ Laura’s Little Party is a private business and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to The Walt Disney Company or any of its affiliates. We simply love sprinkling magic near the most magical place on Earth! ✨

Return Policy

Because every celebration is custom-created just for you — with balloons, décor, and personalized touches — all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for packages, add-ons, or deliveries.

If there’s ever an issue with your setup or something feels less than magical, please reach out right away — we want you to be over-the-moon happy with your experience!
